Basecamp is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, a short five-minute walk to the lake and an even shorter 4-minute walk to the Heavenly Gondola. If you are inclined to explore the casinos, we are located next door to Harvey's/Harrahs. There is no better base from which to explore the area with or without your car.
